Pitta Dosha

Ayurveda is the 5,000 year old medical tradition of India.  In Ayurveda, medicines are prescribed according to your Dosha, which is a body/mind/spirit constitution. You can figure out your Dosha with a series of long questionnaires.  

Pitta Dosha is characterized by fire, heat, oiliness, and irregularity. My blend for Pitta cools and soothes with Vanilla and Lavender.

Always dilute your essential oils in an unscented carrier oil like Sesame or Jojoba. Do not take essential oils internally. Always store essential oils out of heat and sunlight. Keep essential oils away from children and pregnant women.
