Serenity

Serenity is one my my oldest blends to help calm and relax your mood.  The major ingredients are Lavender and Sweet Orange.  It is a good addition to a bath salt or a lotion.  Serenity is also very good in a diffuser.

 During the pandemic I've been using a few drops of Serenity on the inside of my masks--it helps the mask feel less claustrophobic, helps chill me out, and prevents my masks from picking up any gross coffee breath. Well, today I went to a butterfly conservatory and now I know what it's like to be a Disney princess! The butterflies were all over me, landing on my hands, hair, and especially on my face close to the mask. We figured they loved the Serenity oil as much as I do! Always dilute your essential oils in an unscented carrier oil like Sesame or Jojoba. Do not take essential oils internally. Always store essential oils out of heat and sunlight. Keep essential oils away from children and pregnant women.
